Iblank and springtomize.

Set icons in dock to 5 using springtomize and create 2 blank icons using iblank, one for the far left and one for the far right of the dock.

Ohhhhh, iBlank, the missing ingredient. I assume you're using iconoclasm as well?

Well, theme is cool but any good wallpaper to match this theme ?

I would use a simple minimal wallpaper. Maybe search for pattern wallpapers. Or if you want I can send you the one I use.

Another (and the last) question .....
Some of the icons are square and some are rounded.... Is it possible to make all of the icons rounded ?

Nope, Springtomize>Icons>Use custom number>Icons per lines set to 5...

EDIT: Springtomize is actually an incredibly versatile tool with a plethora of options!! It's usually the 1st thing I install after jailbreaking...
