There is a separate 3X4 for iPhone 5 tweak for Iconoclasm that I downloaded and used.

Simple but I absolutely love it.

That is nice! Also love the simplicity and your wallpaper definitely pops.
I'd only suggest, transparentdock (one word as there is another tweak using two words).

Nanna is a terrific theme and you are using it well. Your font is also attractive and fits the overall look.
