Anemone handle shadows on its own. They are called Anemone Effects (AE). Most themes have them and all you have to do is apply them in Anemone.

I have two themes installed and the only effects Anemone offers me are dock reflection options. Do you know any themes off hand that would provide that option in Anemone?

What themes are they? They could be made for Winterboard.

Maybe the theme doesn't have AE? Like I said before it depends on the theme. Read the theme descriptions and see if it list and Anemone effects.

The anemone effects usually comes with themes you install or if someone has made an anemone effect to use with anemone.

It is compatible as am using iOS 9 with various anemone effects...check the naming structure and that you have it in the right location...Library/themes
