Snow is gone now. It was warm enough on Tuesday/Wednesday that I wore flip flops and a short sleeved shirt. It snowed a good 8 hours at least yesterday, and it'll be in the near 60 tomorrow. Last week it was in the 70s, and it's supposed to hit 72 on Monday. It's just spring here, and it's showing. We have actually been having record lows recently. It's a fun roller coaster!

Yes they are great for home theater purpose. You could look into my other threads/posts for discussion on Z-5500. Worth the price !

Couldn't disagree more. I get a music player, the cheapest blu ray player on the market, a photo viewer, an internet browser, free online gaming, loads of huge games and way more; all on my TV. I'm no fanboy, but to say the PS3 is a waste of money is quite ridiculous.
Agreed. While it may not presently be optimal for all (what is?), saying it's a waste for *everyone* is mildly amusing. It seems a lot of people think that if they don't have a use for something, than nobody else possibly can.
Pretty much every thread I've read on MR regarding blu-ray in any form has someone posting their insistence that it's a stupid purchase, and implying that anyone who opts for them are idiots. Obviously, there is a demand, as they are continuing to sell. Personally, I enjoy my PS3, TYVM, and am quite glad I purchased it. I'm also not a fanboy, and feel no need to encourage others to buy.
I trust most people are fully capable of deciding what they want to buy with their own money, without my approval.
i agree, i bought mine for the bluray alone and think its well worth it, i game on my 360 as i prefer the online but if anything good comes out for the ps3 then bonus i can play thatAgreed.
