Ugh, so jealous of your CM sweater. My brother worked at Club Monaco for over 2 years, so I used to get tons of shirts and stuff on discount, and now I miss those discounts, 'cause Club Monaco is my absolute favorite store.

They had a sale this week, but I couldn't find anything I liked - I was so disappointed and left empty handed. I haven't purchased anything from there in a few months.

Anyway, happy birthday and holiday!

Mannn the 8GB SanDisk Cruzer was on sale at Wal-Mart for 19.97 and I tried to Price Match at Staples but it was out of stock at Wal-Mart so a no go

I recently got back from Japan, so I got a few things, amongst which I got;

Metal bolt-together kit of the robot from the Miyazaki Film 'Laputa Castle in the Sky'. I got this from the gift shop at the Studio Ghibli Museum.

I also got a cool Baby-G Watch from Akihabara.

Finally, when I got home, I had enough change to treat myself to a new MacBook.

I bought...

...a Roomba! It's one of the entry level models, figured I'd try it out before spending the money on a high-end one. As a recent adopter of a dog and a cat, I'm finding the pet hair situation just gets out of control, and I'm sick of vacuuming 3 or 4 times a week.

Anyway, I've had it for a couple of days and so far I'm really impressed. It's one of those pieces of equipment that when you first get it you, you kind of marvel at how well thought out the design is. It picks up a LOT. Next purchase is going to be the rapid charger/base station/remote package they offer, so I can automate when this thing runs!
