'95 Civic, 1.5L 16v, nonVtec, needs a new timing belt. Came with 2 sets of rims, two more extra tires and a full tank of gas for $300 minus the loonie I found it in.

I also hate Civics, so I will beat the piss out of it in the winter.
haha I bought the same thing for a winterbeater/daily driver once I blew up my engine in my other car a few weeks ago.
Civics suck, but they last for every and great on gas :D

A $5.00 smoothie is a waste at Starbucks. Go to juice it up or jamba juice.

thanks for letting us know! all of us will make sure to remember this next time were craving starbucks orange frappuccinos. you should go to jamba instead and get an entirely different product..

Normally I'd agree with you, but this time I'll agree with Jess. It's like going to McDonalds for the salad. If you want something like that, you'd be better off going to a fruit drink place and paying the same amount of money for a better, or at least fresher, product.

But spend your money however you want. ;) I think it's a waste, but it certainly doesn't appear to be for others.

Ground loop isolator -- I've got a little stereo system separate from my entertainment center, which runs off these little tube amps. Been getting some really bad buzzing, haven't been able to stop it. Supposedly this should help :)

Bought a couple items for my camera off eBay.

First is a 3 pack of filters: Polarized, UV, and fluorescent. I mostly just wanted the polarized, but it was only a bit more to get a set of the three.

Then I bought the Nikon 50mm 1.8 AF lens. I've wanted this for a long time, just never sprung the money.

Return it, for the love of god.

Mines 14 months old and the buttons are going completely skitzo. This is a known problem too with this mouse.

I was thinking about returning it and getting the Mamba. However, now I'm not so sure about that. I replaced a wireless Rocket Fish mouse with the DeathAdder because the response time on the RF mouse was horrible and I was changing batteries every other week. I just want a decent wireless mouse that is fast and doesn't eat batteries.

Wow that really pissed you off that much? I'm so very sorry. Don't let it bug you that I told some kid that his $5.00 "fruit" drink would have been better at Jamba Juice. This thread is full over over-opinionated people, at least I didn't tell some dude who bought (well his parents bought) him a porsche that I hope he's a chick. ;)

I dont know, an orange frappuccino sounds good, and it also sounds like something JJ does not have. Its to each their own I guess.

Hey, hey, I don't want a purchase that I made to cause some trouble over this forum. Especially something so petty. If you want to talk to him about it, private message him. We don't need to see your little argument over here on the forum.

I might add here before someone goes and buys one and think it is orange flavor, it is not orange. It is actually Mango and Passion fruit and if you're someone who likes the fresh taste of fruit then you'll love it. Great for a summers day.

Lol. Blates some bitter old woman.

Ever heard of respect your elders?

An E8400...

evga_geforce_gtx_275.jpg

And an EVGA GTX 275.

Up from an aging E2200 and an 8800GT. I know, I'm not on the cutting edge of PC parts. But it's enough for me! Next, new motherboard and case!

E8400 is like THE best Core2Duo, and a 275 is the best affordable Green GPU, so its the bang for buck legend duo at the moment.

Hopefully! The two set me back a good $400 CAD. And a new motherboard in a couple months + case + new PSU will run me probably another $300-400. Computers are an expensive habit! And I'm not willing to pay twice that for an i7 build or even a nicer quad-core.

But once I get the new motherboard I'll get a new cooler as well and OC to 4 GHz. Can't wait!

All in all though, it beats the cost of a Mac Pro. :p

Kata DR 467 for carrying my DSLR and Macbook with me on trips. There is a ongoing $15 dollar rebate for the Kata btw until the end of the month. My Lowepro Flipside 200 is not big enough for long trips.

I am now thinking about making one last photography purchases and just buying a SB600 now instead of waiting, but I did just purchase the Nikkor DX 35mm F/1.8
