Kudos to your for protecting your equipment so carefully. If I got a MacBook Pro I would do the same thing. But I think I will be going to a Mac Pro next.

Pictures would be nice rather than a list.

Are all those new buttons on the side of the Wacom worth it or just huge space hogs? I never use the shortcuts on top of my Wacom Intuous 2 so I wonder if I'll care about the newer models. The only two things I want is bluetooth and widescreen (on the Wacom).

Pictures of my current setup :D

(sorry if you can't see/tell what everything is. Couldn't find a charged camera so had to use phone ^.^)

He said that all of it was purchased within the last two months, so I guess it's ok to post the picture in this thread.

I love the tankless! I had one installed in my mom and stepmom's duplex about 18 months ago, and they couldn't be happier. It's the only way to go.

Congrats on the new place!

These heaters consume less electricity and are easier to install. So I'm looking at it as an investment, since they are twice as expensive than the regular ones w/a small tank.

Thanks!!

I think it's worth it so far - though I have had it only a couple of hours ;)

The LED lights are a huge boon to productivity. They change with the app. Also there's a neat radial menu that's customizable as well

13" MBP 2.26GHz 4GB RAM 160GB HDD 9400M - I picked this up on Wednesday and is not really my last purchase but close enough.

image2_20081014.jpg

Did not plan on picking this up at all until I was in the Apple store, I already have a Dell 2209WA but pure lust took over and I went home and ordered a refurb. Already have a buyer lined up for the 2209WA and selling it for $70 more than I paid for it, I wont be buying another monitor until this one dies and cannot be fixed. I never blow my money on things I wont use or buy items just because their on sale but I consider this my splurge for the year, maybe 2 or 3 years :p. I really need to post real pics of my setup.

Oh ok. My dad does lots of long long distance cycling and he only ever takes one drink. Hmm.

Unless your dad is somehow magically able to re-absorb and recycle sweat to hydrate, he sounds like he's doing his body a disservice.

He did the Paris-Brest-Paris with Lucozade Sport bars and some Lucozade Sport drinks. And food from cafes and whatnot. He doesn't really pay any attention to what he eats really.

Yeah, I don't care who you are, you need to drink way more water than that to properly care for your body. Learned a lot about it in the Army. After all, if you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated and your body's simply taking water from your organs.

My last purchase was a chicken gyro (I don't do lamb).

How is it? Does it make the screen look grainy like some of the alternative sticker-style matte screens?

I just ordered it, I don't have it yet, BUT from the YouTube reviews I've watched, no, it doesn't seem to do so, but I'll find out for sure when I get it. From what I've seen though, it's a great product, and I can't wait to check it out!

HTC did a remarkable job and made some stupid mistakes simultaneously.

Pros
-Awesome, intuitive and infinitely customizable UI (Yes its better than the iPhone's)
-Solidly built case/body. No need for a case/shield as the plastic is not as crack/scratch prone as a certain other phone
-Great at multitasking
-Most apps on Android are free and you're pretty much covered for the most part
-Superior battery life to iPhone 3G/3GS despite multitasking
-Gmail/GCal/GContacts Push & Exchange support
-Great soft keyboard with haptic feedback and its auto correction is superior to iPhone's

Cons
-Two year old CPU with no GPU acceleration (Why HTC?!)
-First build software means its similar to iPhone 2.0 and needs considerable optimization/bug fixes
-Multimedia capabilities/performance are slightly inferior to the iPhone's (mobile flash, camera quality, audio quality (not call quality) all kinda suck...a little but far from unusable)
-Overall performance not as zippy as iPhone (even more so if you're a former 3GS user)

Its great effort from HTC, its the best android device out there currently and a very worthy alternative to the iPhone along with the Pre

I've been looking at getting this mouse since I saw the reveal several weeks back. Saw your post and checked their site; Looks like they're shipping it now!

I went ahead and ordered that and their new portable mousepad. That's $100+ I wasn't expecting to spend... hopefully it'll be here by Friday before I move to my apartment at school...

But, it'll be perfect when I just wanna grab my MBP for LAN parties or light gaming on the go! :D

I also ordered it tonight I couldn't resist, it will look beautiful along with my black speck hard cover!

I have the Razer Mamba and it's the best mouse i've ever owned and this is basically a smaller, Bluetooth version, I can't wait to get it! Razer makes solid products.
