I agree with all your lens choices except for the 70-200 F4 L.. You should get a faster lens, like the 70-200 F2.8 L IS USM lens... Also, the 50 F2.8 L Prime lens is one of the best lens that Canon could offer...

As for the body, I could not say more as 5D MK 2 is my next camera in my BUY list..

Excellent setup, you should be good to go for another 3 years at least..:)

i bought the f/4L instead of the 2.8 or 2.8 IS because i wanted it to be light, and i was also saving money, i do the least amount of tele. work, ijust wanted a good one, that i could use outdoors or when i have control over the light. as for the 50L i have heard good and bad things about it, but everyone is always singing praises of the 35L

i was lucky to even find the 5d mark 2, is like impossible

New tile for my bathroom floor! This picture doesn't look very accurate compared to the real thing, but anyway the color is "Jade Sage" and it's got a lot of greens and browns in it. Along with my sage colored paint and the new vanity I bought, it's going to look nice :)

There have been quite a few places reporting the G10 is great because it comes with the grip built in (the same one us G9 owners were buying third party) and the wider angle lens, but then there were reports that the long zoom wasn't as great (picture quality) and there were more noise issues (more pixels + same size sensor = more noise). Did you experience any of this? I still love my G9 and won't upgrade to the G10 as it's a throw around camera for the most part. But I still wondered. Your pictures don't look half bad, but they aren't the full res output of course. :)

I can't say yet - I haven't received the camera. I'll be using this a bit though, because my 40D is a but unwieldy to carry to dinner and other small get-togethers.

I have been seriously debating if I want to get a BB Bold, a new 3G iPhone, or wait for the next generation iPhone (I still have my iPhone that I bought in September 2007).

Anyhow, hope you are enjoying it.

Yeah. It took me about two months or so to decide. My good friend has a BB Curve on Verizon and he absolutely loves his BB. The BB's on AT&T are way better, especially the Bold.

So far, I'm pretty satisfied with my Bold. It was a big step from the original iPhone.

Love the style on these tires. Today I drove over 200 km after putting them on and they behaved very nicely.
