Same thing happened to me; Apple charger crapped out (which had been working for 5 years), bought a no-namer from eBay. It lasted a year. Bought a used Apple charger, been almost 2 years now, no problems. Just saying.

The Apple charger that crapped out on me -- I bought it three months ago.

I do hear what you're saying, though. Usually, I try to buy the name brand.

thanks alot man, i figured i had the balls enough to get something i believed in instead of something that everyone had or etc, the think different has more to do with then just mac. and for those of you who dont know read the think different campaign.

"Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do."

Whoever wrote that for Apple was paid to do it. It was a marketing scheme. Apple is a business, and they exist to make people lots of money. You "believe" in Apple? "Think different"? That's ridiculous. Unless you have some personal connection with the company (which I imagine you don't), you will realize soon how stupid your decision really was. I'm not kidding. Do you really have such a close relationship with Apple and its products (and that's all they are; consumer products that help stockholders that you don't know make tons of money that you are willingly giving them) that you're willing to brand yourself with their typography and corporate image? Honestly, how old are you? And when are you going to realize that Apple is such an infinitesimally small part of your life that you shouldn't ever make such a foolish commitment to it? Please get your priorities straight.

Honestly, if you really want to show your Apple "pride," just buy a t-shirt or something for God's sake. And even then, I wouldn't.

Enjoy your tattoos.

/end rant.

You should believe in God, or Alah etc. That's why religions are.
Apple is just a company, nothing more.

But the thought of religion is that god has a plan for every one,
doesnt that mean we dont have our own choices to make and that
all time is predetermined? and if thats the truth whats the point?

sorry, hope im not offending anyone.

My brother has a tattoo that is a Native American symbol for brotherhood. Him and I are pretty close so that's why he got it. I my very well get one also just as kind of our thing. I'm down with that.

Wow Bryant, you really caused a stir.

Tattoo's are about personal views, feelings, ideas. Something that says something about you.

Computers play a big part of everyone's lives. Some more than others. Lets face it though, Apple has played a vital role on the way computers operate today. The revolutionized everything, and still do. So what if "Think different." was a paid slogan campaign? Apple still went with it because they felt that that represented them. The words do not have to apply to just Apple. They are for anyway that doesn't like to follow the same rules as everyone else. I don't see why everyone people are making a big deal out of it. Yes, tattoo's are forever, and probably getting one isn't a good idea in the long run, but we all make our own life choices.

I probably should mention that I have the very same Apple tattoo.:)

No, at least for those who believe the Bible, that's not the case at all.
