It represents so much. Change, non-conformity, so on... that's why I think it makes for a unique tattoo.
Haha, the power of Apple marketing.
I agree that "Think Different" is a nice inspirational slogan, but that's what it is.......a marketing slogan. So is "Just Do It".
Apple, as a corporation, aren't really about thinking different. Go to the configuration page of one of their computers ---- MacBook, MBP, iMac, Map Pro --- and they give you fewer hardware configuration options than anyone else, fewer computer models, and the lowest OS configurability (out of Windows and Linux). Judging Apple based on what they offer their customers, they don't appear to see the individuality of Mac users (if there truly is a lot of individuality amongst its users, that is). Can you build a machine on their website that's personalised for your needs? Nope. Apparently, Apple doesn't think our needs are all that different. A few configurations are supposed to take care of everyone.
Besides, rather than getting a tattoo, why not just let your actions do all the talking?
Nobody is going to see your tattoos and think to themselves, "Wow, that dude thinks different. It even says so on his arm." If "thinking different" (whatever that actually means in real life) actually suited your personality, would you need the reminder?
