After using a hackintosh for a while, finally took the plunge today and picked up the 13.3" Aluminum MacBook at Best Buy. :D

Nice. I'm thinking about trading in my late '07 MBP for a new MB.

My MBP has the shelf specs of the $1999 version for that time: 2.2 GHz C2D, 2 GB (soon to be 4) RAM, 120 GB HDD, GeForce 8600M GT 128 MB. Still under AppleCare. CS3, Office '08, iWork '08, iLife '09, Aperture.

I'd go for the current $1299 MB shelf model.

I'd miss my 15" screen, but what other cons can you guys come up with for switching to the MB?

wired apple keyboard without the keypad - $20 incl. tax and shipping. the only problem is that the keyboard is the canadian french QWERTY version, but i dont look at the keys when i type, so thats no problem for me =)

I just got these babies.

I'm selling my 24" ACD - thought I would be able to work with 1 bigger screen, but I just love a dual monitor setup.

Plus for $450 for both you really can't go wrong.

Sorry for the lack luster camera phone photos. :)

may i ask how you got it for $20?

Breville BCG450XL Conical Burr Coffee Grinder and an Aerobie Aeropress. The pair actually makes pretty good coffee very quickly and, most importantly, it was a lot cheaper than some other alternatives.

LOL, when i saw this I broke out laughing. Definitely thought the clear cylinder on the right was a "negative pressure male enhancement device" haha :p

the bid just started at 5$, and i bid at the last second with $12, and i won. the shipping was $8 flat rate anywhere in canada. There was no shipping to the US, so nobody from the US was bidding on the item. This is when its good to have a low population in your country =) lol

this keyboard is even smaller then the wireless one, i really didnt like it.

Finally got my Tekna running :) It's a DPV (scooter) for scuba diving. Picked up the last few bits needed for it to be in diving shape this afternoon, and I'm taking her on a nice little dive tonight, we'll see how she holds up 100' deep, 1500' back in a cave :D

My girlfriend decided to name her Lola. Why? I have no clue...makes even less sense than the name she chose for my truck, but I can't complain. Other than her tendency to name inanimate objects, she's an amazing girl :)

Are those 2709Ws? I've always wanted to see a dual setup of them, since I am planning on getting a second some time soonish...
