I have 2 Garmins. I don't think I'll ever own any other brand. I've talked to several electronics store employees about GPS. The brand that gets returned most often, for various reasons, is TomTom.

yea this is our second time going we were there last year around the same time. Did you stay in the hotel or the villas across the street? last time and this time we stayed in the villas...amazing. I love the privacy and don't have all the bratty kids running around the pool area.
it is paradise but very expensive. so i'm embarrassed

I would've at least gotten the characters white. It looks like you can't even see it.
Looks like they sprayed it too much, the keys should be raised on the edges ( that's a sign of to much paint at once ) sorry man that doesn't look like a professional job, it should not have that orange peel effect, it should be slick and smooth like car paint, I'd take it back and demand they redo that job.

did you by chance play golf while you were there? if so, any good recommondations. I want to play Kapalua's plantation course but don't think i'm ready for it
^ No didn't play golf, My Dad and I had a choice between deep sea marlin fishing or golf and we chose fishing I've played golf a couple times on Kauai and the Big Island but not on Maui. That does look like an awesome course though

How much did you pay for that? I was thinking of getting an LOD myself, and a headphone amp to go along with it.
EDIT: Wow, I just went on their site, those LODs are EXPENSIVE! haha

I went alittle amazon nuts too...i wanted to stockpile on a bunch of albums/discographies and convert them all to MP3 (for ATV and itunes Library) and FLAC for high quality back up when i convert to a different media library app)

Just don't get their pure gold and mixed 1% gold stuff; I think those are just overkill; the pure silver stuff is good enough and not super pricey. The reason I chose that was it was a lot better than their basic line of cables, but only a fifth as expensive as the gold ones. I don't think I'd get 5x more enjoyment from the gold ones anyways.
And I spent $75 including shipping. Not bad. I think it's fair to spend 10% of the price of the amp

Any who, I am possibly selling my vintage amp to one of my favorite guitarists, or he is willing to trade some of his gear for it, the amps seen in this picture are some of what is up for trade and yes he is the owner.
I would like to take the money and purchase a Mesa Stiletto Trident Halfstack, but it just depends on what Mr. P says.

10% of the amp? What kind of amp do you have? haha. I'm thinking of getting either a iBasso T4 or a Nuforce Icon Mobile. Any suggestions/recommendations? It's gonna be my first amp, so I don't wanna go overboard with it. Shoot I might even just go for a Fiio E5. I mainly need it just to cut static coming from my macbook's headphone jack, it's starting to really annoy me.

Haha, too bad I'm pretty much useless when it comes to DYI stuff like that. I wish I could though. I am going to use the amp for my ipod 5.5G and iphone through an LOD, but that static coming from my macbook is just so freaking annoying, and takes a lot away from the sound quality.
