Thanks guys! It was either that or Jetta, but I think Hondas have better resale value :)

A Jetta TDI would've been a great choice (assuming of course it was in your price range).

VWs retain about 50% of their retail value after a couple years if I'm not mistaken.

I'm really liking it, I had less than 20GB free on the old drive. It's so nice to have over 300GB free now :D

I hear that. We'll look back in a few years and say, wow that was the standard. We'll have 1TB+ standard in notebooks soon, gonna be awesome.

Parents wanted to go to McDonalds for dinner last night. I told them, if we go to A&W instead I would pay. So I bought my parents dinner.

2 Teen Burgers with a large Coke. (mine)
1 Mama Burger with Onion Rings and a medium Iced Tea. (Mom)
1 Papa Burger with NOTHING on it. ie. Bun + Meat. Large Fries + Large Coke (Dad)

Love A&Ws burgers.

I still have an Apple ][e with tons of floppies, so I can see that :p. And I can't wait for the 1TB HDD for laptops, I foresee my 500GB being filled up soon with all the RAW images from my 40D. All 4 of my external hard drives are pretty full with them right now. It would be nice to try out the SSD's once they become more affordable like the mechanical hard drives, I'll get a 512GB SSD when it comes down below $100, which won't be for a while most likely, but the prices are dropping quickly so you never know :)

I hope you say bonnet, boot, aluminium and lift then too :)

In Great Britain, we use periods and commas in the same place as the US for numbers.

$350 for a 17" Macbook Pro? Thats a steal.

It was a 15" core duo 2.0. Great deal for 350 shipped. Guess thats what I get for staying at home and perusing macrumors on a saturday night. To make it even more nerdier, it was a study break.

Just got it today. Great condition and everything works fine. GF home in an hour or so she will be so surprised.

That's why I let that one slip...

Royal Mail 'tried' delivering my Dell Mini 9 earlier. They didn't even ring the doorbell though. So annoying, as I have to wait until tomorrow morning to go collect it.

Bought both of these through iTunes Complete My Album. Cost me A$16.60 all up. 189.3mb downloaded (plus the 2 songs I already had).
