Canon G11

Wife and I just bought a Powershot G11 for scouting as opposed to carrying around the 5 bags of gear.

It'll also be nice for day-to-day activities.

Zune HD 16GB

Drove down to Washington and bought myself a Zune HD. We don't have these things in Canada, you see. Been searching for an MP3 player after my iPod classic's HD failed. Done some thorough research before buying. Definitely worth the initial hassle of setting up VMWare fusion. Zune software, not as bad as I expected. Definitely not as versatile as iTunes. But not terrible.

In the midst of my drunken-ness I ordered a pair of black and white wayfarers. I'm not exactly sure why, I would be "legally blind" if I wore them and only them, maybe I can make some money off of ebay? I paid 32.xx.
 
Christmas songs album from iTunes.
Not really a purchase but they offered it for free for just this week.
All songs are kick-ass! :)

ipod touch is much better but good luck with that :eek:

Thanks, I haven't used a SLR in about 20 years I have had point and shoot camera's but I am not happy with the results. My brother has an earlier version of this camera. I borrowed it the other day to take some photos and I was blown away at the results, not a blurry photo among the ones I took and the colour rendition was perfect. I did a lot of research and loved the the T1i is able to take movies as well. With Christmas celebrations coming up I will get a lot of use out of this and thankfully no more blurry photos :)

Well, expect some blurry photos, but the results will be better with a dSLR than the average P&S. Especially in the autofocus department. It's a nice camera, enjoy it :)
