Some updated pics of my Zombie Killer: A Remington 870 w/18" barrell and the goodies listed below. The 'Last Purchase' was the Molle scabbard.

I love it!!

Voodoo Tactical Molle Scabbard
Knoxx SpecOps adjustable recoil-reducing stock
TacStar side saddle x6
Blackhawk Sentinel light (still haven't decided on the mount, or if I'll actually use this one)
Blackhawk 15-shell sling (not pictured)
+2 Magazine extension

She barely fits in the scabbard with the side saddle on, so I'll probably take that off when I clean it next week. :D

^^^I'd rather the expanding/fiery Lithium based batteries than exploding shrapnel from Nickel based. Puffed Li batts or exploding Ni batts usually happen from overcharging. With Lithium, its also dangerous to over discharge (below 20%). The weather should have nothing to do with it unless its getting over 140ºF (possible from direct sunlight but unlikely.)

it's more just poor hardware design. The battery slot shouldn't be a impenetrable tube with zero expansion space. Clearly a design over function decision there.

This is the same basic design that flashlights have used for years. Batteries shouldn't be expanding.

I'd love that for my Plants vs. Zombies game.

I can't lie... it's pretty awesome. Very fast. And your right about the logo, but oh well. It just feels so smooth and.. i don't know, integrated. It just feels like the way a phone should be. lol

Very, very sweet. Tech 21 makes the best pedals in the world and their transistor guitar amps sound better than almost any tube amp out there. I can count on my hand the tube amps that sound better than the Tech 21 transistor amp and they are all vintage amps that cost way too much or are one of a kind amps built by masters in the LA area.

I have my eye on a very small and light Tech 21 practice amp. But $350 bucks out the door? It costs 3-4 times what similar Marshalls, Fenders, Traynors, Crates, or Rolands do. Kind of pricey for what it is, which is either low volume 10-15 watt practice amp, or professional recording amp which can get the sound dialed in for expensive, per hour sessions.

For be-bop, I can hang with almost any tube or transistor amp and dial in a good, dry, bass heavy sound and try and copy (still unsuccessfully) Joe Pass. But for rock, I really love that 1950s Marshall or Fender turned up sound, but at a volume that won't split your ears. Tech 21 seems to get it where other makers just make loud amps to try and replicate overdrive, but sacrifice that with terrible clean sounds.
