Money finally cleared from selling my Mac Mini 2009 model. I bought a Macbook and upgraded the ram, and now got an 80gig intel gen2 ssd on the way, with a spec satin case, booq notebook case, some cologne and other stuff. Also my wife's birthday present of some sexy 6" heels.

Oh and some new briefs for me. I like Ed hardy, not on shirts, but the underwear is freaking rad!

Why did you sell your Mac Mini?!?!?!

Totally want the 5D Mark ii one!! Prolly gonna get it soonish :p

Here's my last purchase :)

I hope the ring was not YOUR last purchase:p.

Congratulations.

LOL! Nooo.. He bought it, but we always say its "Our" money, so i figured I would post it. :) Thanks! It is an upgrade from my last one. I had a half carat princess cut, this is right at 2 carats :D

Why did you sell your Mac Mini?!?!?!

hehehe I will be getting another one for sure when they refresh the line. I was offered like the same amount I paid for it (not bad considering I got it in November). So I took the money from that (and yanked the 4gb upgrade out of the mini and put the 2gb from the macbook into it) and bought an SSD Intel gen 2 80gb drive for the macbook. : )

I switch computers like a car enthusiast. : ) I couldn't pass up the deal when the guy said, "I have 650 bucks right here for that mini". The next buy will be when I sell this macbook. I will save up the difference and either get a refreshed Macbook or a Mac Mini when they refresh the line.

The Mini is by far the coolest home computer I have ever owned though!

I hate you for getting a Madone! :p How is it? What kind of riding do you do? What kind of bike did you have before that?

LOVE the bike.
I'd be delightfully surprised if a MBP refresh hits today.

I love this bike. I rode an aluminum Trek 1000 I picked up a year ago off of Craigslist for a couple hundred bucks, just to commute to work and get around DC. My friends were all doing centuries and triathlons so I felt the need to do one too. I had never ridden more than 20 miles at one time before in my life, but I trained for a century in 5 weeks and rode it without clips, in my tennis shoes on that rickety old Trek. I just had to pull the trigger on the Madone when I saw they had them on clearance at the shop in Georgetown. There is nothing like that bike. All carbon, clips, awesome ultegra components, it's so awesome to ride. It's tight, it's responsive, when you get out of the saddle and open it up, it's all you...it doesn't even feel like you're pulling any weight in the bike at all, unlike my other bike.

Just because of that Madone, I've been doing 100 miles a week for fun since the weather started getting nicer here. It's a dream of a bike, and worth every single penny. Looking forward to getting my carbon aerobars on it and start training for the DC tri this summer. Haven't gotten the custom Jawbones yet, but I'm looking forward to the day I get them!!!

Time to replace my old VGA, PS/2 connector KVM with a DVI, USB based one.

Late 2008
2.4ghz model

For my price range, I wanted a discrete graphics card. The current 2.53 model only has integrated.
Plus, the expresscard slot is a big plus. The only downside is the 5-hr battery instead of the 7-hr in the current model.

I'm happy!
