Because when you que for an iPhone for 90 mins you wont leave the store without it. Guess I'll just carry my macbook pro where ever i go for my own TV show library

You should feel sorry for me... I have to carry my server and 22" monitor around for my own tv show library

Seriously, it's all about syncing the right stuff. You can get hours of content on your iPhone even with just 16gb.

Quick, for sure. I don't know about decent though. Everything is fried, and glazed with oil, gluten, salt and msg in order to make it taste good.

I just usually find that when I need something to eat, and something like Panda Express/Man Chu Wok is an option, then there's usually something else nearby. :) Then again, I'll only eat fast food maybe once every two weeks.

And if I do, Toronto has plenty of great burrito places. Even better than Chipotle, I'd say. :p

They don't add MSG.

Burrito Boys! Amazing

Left empty handed by your own will or technical/no stock

Pretty sure he left due to stock. What ijit sits around for 10 hours and walks away empty handed unless their CC was declined.

Many in Canada were in his situation. Rogers (AT&T of Canada) had servers crash when people were upgrading. Had to keep the phone on hold until tomorrow when things slowed down and can activate it.

I on the other hand, waited 2hrs to activate and got my iPhone 4. Will post a picture in a bit.

Just picked it up.

My front wheel is not finally laced radially to a miche hub.

Expect a picture in the Bike thread. This was my last purchase though :p

So soon I'll be able to post an iPhone 4, hopefully. Once I get my contract all sorted out.

I've also started an iPad fund & will probably drop the cash on it when iOS4 comes out for the iPad. Will be selling my MBP I think. I'll be totally an iOS guy.

Owning an iPad made me appreciate OS X a lot more. There are just to many things you can't do on an iPad to not own a Mac anymore.

I almost never use my MBP. All it has on it is applications. All of my documents, music, movies, artwork, games, etc. are located on my Windows desktop at home. Beyond that, I can't be arsed to lug around a laptop, even a 13" one, with me to work/school. And if I do, it's usually just to look up stuff on Wikipedia.

I'm not getting rid of computers. That would be ridiculous, since both the iPhone and iPad need a computer to be used properly.

If I really miss having a portable computer, I'll get a netbook. I have no reason to own a $1000+ laptop.

Went on a little spending spree today.. (less than $1000, I'm okay with that).

A nice pair of Mercanti Fiorentini Venere Nero Leather Oxford 6245's:

He said he's a student, probably leaving his place with all kinds of fluids and breakages ;)

:p

Actually, I make sure to get on my hands and knees for hours to leave the places spotless. It's always nicer when I leave than when I moved in (no thanks to my roommates, either).

But it never fails. There will always be some $100 carpet cleaning fee, or $75 to fix a broken latch, or $30 here and there for scuffed walls. I have yet to get more than half my deposit back on any place I've moved away from. It's irritating.... but life, I suppose.

It's the first time I've deviated from scotch or Irish whisky (plus 1 bottle of Suntory Yamazaki) in around a year. My regular drink is Jamison.

The difference between this Tennessee whiskey and some scotches (e.g. this Gentleman Jack and an Islay) can be smaller than the difference between two different scotches. GJ is smooth, dry, and has a slight smokey flavour. It's not peaty like an Islay (which some people may describe as smokey), but it's more similar than an Islay and a Speyside are, despite geography and similarities in manufacturing process.

90 minutes? Jeeze, wait a week and buy it. Being a high value item, they probably get shipments ever Monday and Wednesdays.
