Probably with gift cards that magically don't cost any money.

No my dad had one that he stopped using because he got an iPad and he passed it on to me but after a while the internet just stopped working, but it was first gen. and out of warranty so he never bothered calling about it. But I decided to try and they said well there is a way to plug it into your computer to get books onto it or whatever but I was like well that's not convenient and stuff. Eventually they agreed to let me keep the one with the broken internet, that can still work if plugged in, and either get the same first gen. one for free or upgrade to the new one for $49.

Nice!

I just posted that because a while ago someone posted something they bought and then posted the cost, but it turned out that the actual cost was average, but the difference was made up with gift cards or whatever.

Haha he is filipino and his mom brought back that generic no name strat form the philipines a couple years ago. He used to really jam on it (white stripes fan, and john mayer fan - weird mix!) so I have no doubt that he will consider this an upgrade.

same here!when I purchased my Fender Squier 3TS Telecaster, as for me,'twas a big upgrade.Same with your bf,way back in the Philippines,I used to have one all black strato(brandless!) and a "fendersque" jazz bass guitar.:D

The led zeppelin stuff was limited and they only had 3 and I got one of them, you guys have no idea what's inside of it. There are original concert ticket and original back stage passes and rare interview's, it's a complete dream collection for a collector for a Led Zeppelin fan.

I order a burger 99 out of 100 times when we go out to a new restaurant, just because I like trying to find the best one possible. In all the burgers I've eaten, however, I've never had a Kobe burger. I can only imagine how pure it must taste. We have a Bone Fish close to my house and I've heard it's pretty fantastic, so I think I have some even better incentive to go there now :)

Anywho, back on topic, my most recent purchase was a set of Mordaunt Short Avant 906 Floorstanders and the Avant 905 center that I found on Craigslist for $300 for all three - phenomenal deal (MSRP ~$800+)! Fantastic set of speakers. (Attached is not my picture, but the same exact three speakers)

Why are you still using the Blade Interface on your 360?

That's awesome! :D

When I was researching the "budget/beginner" guitars, so many people said, just save up for a real good one. Well a real good one would be $400 and up for the guitar by itself (even used). I mean I love him, but dude...not that much hahaha. Basically I needed a guitar that he could just mess around on when he gets that itch to play some white stripes haha. If he wants to upgrade to the next one up, he can put out the $400+. I think he is going to love it...his first "brandname" electric. Can't wait to give it to him!

Also picked up the following comics:

May not have internet access on his system but..... the mor logical response would be to highlight the fact that it wasnt his picture in the first place

Or an old picture maybe?

Hmm, I guess everyone was so interested in the picture that nobody noticed this part of the OPs message:

I've love the other Flying Dog stuff I've had, so I'm eager to try this.
