Seven Springs resort in Pennsylvania. Its the only one around that I'm aware of that is open now. Its not the greatest but its not bad. They do a great job with snow making though.

and the live dvd was like released in 2006 and Within Temptation is an awesome band as well kind of like Nightwish

Ordered that for about $7 bucks in total from Amazon. (It's about ~$3.50 and shipping makes it about $7)
I already have the black and gray, but its severely scratched up (you can't even reflect yourself as you could) but the bottom strip of rubber near the dock broke (I admit, I touched it too much) and I finally ripped it off, and now it looks stupid. Also, the rubber is ripping off all around the edges so it looks like garbage.
pretty much everything on this desk besides the mighty mouse and the paper lol
