Lmao! What nice brand name.

In Canada, No Name has been a pretty successful line of groceries/consumables for 30 years: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Name_(brand). They take it to the extreme, using bland, unassuming packaging with simple black Helvetica on a yellow background.:

This week I received my copy of Killzone 3 from Amazon.com. Amazing game. And also bought Marvel VS Capcom 3. Awesome fighting game.

And last but not least, bought myself the new MBP 15', 2.2 GHz, Quad Core i7. This thing is a beast.

It was my birthday yesterday, so the girlfriend treated me to another helping of Guu. Against her will I secretly paid for my enormous jug of Sapporo, so I suppose it's an appropriate post. Also a shameless Flickr plug. :) Taken with my iPhone.

There used to be a UK supermarket chain called QuickSave that had a similar range called "No Thrills". They went with the even more boring black text on white theme.

Actually they appear unrelated. No Name Steaks are local (St. Michael, MN) and became famous on there "Steaks so tender, you'll cry" slogan. Usually a 4 pack runs about $20 at the local grocery stores. :)

Wasn't implying that they're related. That's why I said our No Name takes it to the extreme. No Name Steaks appears like they just couldn't come up with anything creative for their own branding. The Canadian No Name in reality is just a wholesale reseller. They don't manufacture or produce anything, but rather hunt for the best generic products and pass the savings on to the consumer.

All of the ingredients pictured here to make italian subs. I figure it's more economical than buying one sub when I can make around 6 lol.
