Hm, I'm still contemplating about this or the new Nook 2.

Tough choice for sure. Basically I picked the Kindle because I just want to read books. I don't need every device I own to be multi-functional. I have an iPhone 4, I don't need the games, email or any of that extra stuff, and I'd rather have the extra battery life. I also just really love the e-ink for reading - especially in the summer, on the beach and in bright sunlight. Looks just like a paper book. And the Kindle is cheaper.

Here's some good comparison points.

Hmmm....I'd be worried that they would peel pretty easily, especially from going into and out of my pocket.

Hope they work out better than that, kppolich. :)

The Lucky Labs ones hold up great. Before I got my M-Tech I would switch colors out every couple weeks and never did one peel. The Apple on the back would sometimes cme off, but around the edge its like glue.

It look really good if you wrap it and then put the Band-Edge Case around it.

It does look nice like that.

Funny, that was the first iP4 case I bought, but returned it a couple of times because of defects in the build quality. Plus, I didn't really like the giant logo. BTW, you can get great clear bumpers that are logoless for around $4 from Sw-box.

hows the rubber on the sides? I had one and loved it but the rubber flaked off after a few weeks.
