I love Canon point and shoots. I think that was the same model I've been eying. I've been using them for years.

My main camera is a Nikon dslr, and while (in my opinion, at least) they make superior serious offerings, they've never been able to match Canons P&S prowess. I consistently find that they take superior pictures, and continue to do so for quite a long time. I still shoot with my old powershot regularly, and it continues to take positively wonderful pictures. So...good choice. :)

Got a medium-sized pink purse for the EX girlfriend.

We were together my entire four years in college, but she was a year younger than me, and we broke up this past December during her senior year. It sucks breaking up, and it's especially hard to try to do something like this. But she was my college life, and I know I was *her* college life; and so I felt I should congratulate her and wish her the best in all her future endeavors.

thats an incredibly nice gesture, if only i could be that nice with my ex

I've been using that as my main computer since November, and I love it. It's my most favorite computer that I've ever owned (and I've gone through iBooks, MacBooks, MacBook Pros, and a Mac Mini in the past decade+).

Enjoy!

Had a good weekend on ebay I won a Juwel Aquarium stand for £95 brand new still in packaging advertised as unwanted gift. I also won a pair of Seymour Duncan AHB-1 Blackout pickups for half the retail price . I finally placed an order for a new Viv for my Bearded Dragon being as he is getting a bit big for his current Viv.

I hope sniper 2 is a lot better than the 1st one. you should try sniper elite v2 too.

Indeed. The thing that bugged me about the 1st one was that, no matter where you were, even shooting a suppressed sniper rifle and in full ghillie suit, the enemy would always know where you were. That aggravated me to no end. Once Sniper Elite drops in price a bit then I'll be picking that one up too. Sorta liked the first version but didn't play it all that much on PS2.
