I have those exact shoes. Just ran a half marathon in them about 3 weeks ago. Probably the best running shoes I've ever owned!

My brother lives in Brisbane, and he told me that the tip is factored into the price. He says it can result in some bad service, because the servers already know what they're getting.
I put 1,200 miles on my first pair of ghost 4's from Brooks. Great shoes, ran 2 marathons, 2 halves, and multiple 5/10k's in them. Finally picked up another pair.

Recently got back from a vacation to the Hawai'ian Islands, took advantage of our stronger dollar, the lower sales tax rates and the overall lower prices in the US (yes even on islands they are cheaper than Australia).
Some new zero drop running shoes (black pair and red pair) Skechers Go Bionic:
A new iPad (3) 32G wifi only + smart case + AppleCare:
Some Kona coffee and also chocolate covered coffee beans:
Plus some cargo shorts, jeans, t-shirts, gifts and some more coffee
The savings on the iPad was minimal overall, but the savings on the clothing items is huge, especially when buying them on sale!

Black iPhone 5 with Lightning
Traded the whit for the black iPhone 5. Looks much better! Aso picked up an extra lightning cable too.
I got rid of the trusty Iphone 4.
