Celebrated Amazon's End-of-no-CA-tax day by buying a roll of slide film to put in my AE-1p:

Plan to use it to do some landscapes with the old film rig. Forgot how expensive film is...already budgeting shots.

I bought the Medium...which is expensive enough, IMO.

I'll be getting the iPhone 5 in November as my last big purchase of the year (technically first and last for the apartment I'm getting will be the biggest one). Upgrade will cost me something like $250 which isn't bad with the new trade in program with Telus.
