Can you tell me the secret on how you stop yourself from wanting to upgrade? :D

Some guy in my office keeps saying how Corvettes are awesome but after 50,000 miles, they start braking down. What's the truth to this? Because I'd love to get one.

Been wanting this for a while. Managed to score a brand new G27 for $155.00 shipped.

Fantastic pedel/wheel set you have there! I brought one when I was doing iRacing and its great with the only downside being the brake pedel is way too soft to be lifelike, so its worth if you can getting this mod - http://www.nixim.com/index.php?pageid=brakemod. Really cheap and makes the brake pedel really stiff and more lifelike that way! Enjoy the G27 though!

Guys in your office are full of **** lol... Maybe a 70's vette but the newer ones (97+) have all had an LSx motor in them, one of the most reliable V8's ever made and paired with the T56 or T6060 manual trans or the 4l60 or 6l80 auto trans you have one hell of a reliable drive train... Basically the same drive train that is in the V8 Camaros, the G8, the 04-06 GTO and all of the V8 GM pickup trucks. There are guys on corvette forum well over 200k miles with not much other then tires, oil changes and gas. I found this one with 28k on the clock but I would not have hesitated to pick up a 70k car in equal condition. It's not an exotic that needs constant care.

Yeah I am already thinking about the spring update. But I might spend some money on a stand setup. I got the wheel for basically 50% off so a nice stand would do wonders. I got it to do iRacing but I need to get bootcamp going again.

Nice shorts.
Anyone notice that tailored looking shorts ending at the knee are becoming more common?

It's about time the fashionistas got rid of the idea that wide, droopy 'shorts' that reach part way down the calf have any place anymore.

I mean the Fab Five was twenty years ago now, and besides middle aged white guys with Molson muscle never looked good in them at any time. Ever.

I've never bought shorts longer than the knee.. It's just how people wore them, below the knee.

hmmm, ive noticed your from canada, funny you say that cause here in the u.s. cargo shorts at the knee are very common and the only people who use those long shorts at mid calf are girls which are known here in the states as "capri pants"

Kathmandu Karinjo Child Carrier. Our 11month of daughter is getting too heavy to carry for long times in our arms and as we want to get out and about more we wanted a child carrier. A friend of ours uses one and said its good so we popped in today to have a look and they had a 50% sale, $399NZ to $199NZ! RESULT! Tried the little on in it when we got home and she screamed her head off LOL. Lets hope the first outing is more successful :)

Wheel Stand Pro is what you want - http://www.wheelstandpro.com/

I brought that when I picked up my G27 and its amazing for it. Super easy to setup when you dont have the space for a permanent rig and folds away nice and small too. The extra spring/foam block really does help as well. I spent 8 years racing semi professionally and the brake on sim pedels is huge letout without the proper level of resistance. Either way though you'll have a blast with the G27 and the stand whatever you get. iRacing is awesome, I dont have the time do it anymore (newborn) but will get back into it someday.

The pricing here, to be honest, since we don't get carrier subsidized phones, only unlocked ones and the 5 16gig officially is priced here at INR 44,500, which is around 830 USD (woohoo import duties!!). So i patiently waited for the 3G to die it's last breath, before moving on, haha.

Our son went everywhere in one of those for a long time. It never caught on with our daughter for some reason.

We call them capris as well, but the more common style for men here in Canada is shorts just below the knee, not midcalf
