It has been available for over a week. I purchased mine on the 15th. It's model number is A1469, the former being A1427.

Lol - its a matter of preference, but good that you are trying out a TKL board. I just really felt comfortable with the compactness, especially with my mouse driving work. Beware blues can get really loud. Had to sell my cherry mx blues off because it kept my boyfriend awake when I was studying late into the night.
Just picked up a dark gray smart cover for my ipad mini for $18.

That won't be a problem for me as I have a house to myself, and I refuse to let a girl move in with me till I get married. Too many problems otherwise should engagement/dating not work out between the two. So let the noise begin (and it usually starts with my stereo ;-)
I did read about an o-ring "mod" to help quiet the bottoming out plastic to plastic noise. I may try that as well.
Yep, @peapody definitely has me looking into that exact same keyboard. Thing is, though, I just use the 10-key too much for work, I think. But man that's a good looking piece of kit!
I've had a very busy couple weeks - lots of quality dining and adventure while on the road; but didn't really get many pictures. Guess I'll have the memories ;p In any case, had a work trip in Florida last week:

It was a bit scary considering what could have happened. Only the other weekend I was doing a lot of riding at over 40km/h. Okay, not so fast as you could go, but still fast enough that if the stem let go, it would have hurt a lot.

iPad Retina and iPod Touch 5
I decided to get both iPad retina and iPod touch 5 to upgrade my iPad 1 and iPod Touch 2, 3 & 4.
The iPod Touch 5 is very light and I feel it is lighter than the iPod Touch 4 in my hand.
Compared to the iPad 1, iPad 4 runs programs very fast. I am awaiting a clear plastic case for the back side, as the front is protected by the smart cover. It is a nice touch when I peel open the smart cover, the iPad awakes.
