We love them, so much faster than the iPhone 4. Especially with LTE and the A6 chip, doesn't stutter on any games or apps. My 4 was starting to get real bad at that.

They could be refurbs. Scrumpymacs deal with reselling, and refurbs. I can't say I mind as long as they work.
