Hitman Absolution for the Mac. It's not on steam yet, which is a pity as the Mac App Store is nightmarishly slow at downloads.
I wish it would even use 10% of my 150Mb download. :(

Outside the US? The Mac App Store is super quick for me. Same as iTunes downloads.

sweet !!! i never had a case on my white macbook i guess cuz it was plastic

You should consider moshi. I tried them all and find the moshi iglaze to be the best because of the satin scratchfree finish. Much better than scratchprone speck and fingerprint/oil prone incase.

It was on sale and needed a reasonably priced fireproof safe to hold passport/hds.

Eh I don't know about this. I was gonna pick one up myself just now for only $20, but there are some troubling reviews on the First Alert 2013F. I would pay more for something that is built better, especially when I put trust in it to guard and protect my most valuable and irreplaceable items. In any case, it's always smart to throw in a few silica gel packets just to be safe.

Ordered another Bambu tapered cork board to replace my two year old, heavily stained one. It's actually meant to be used as a safe cutting board, but I use the smallest one (8.5-inch long) as a glorified desk coaster. Personally it's much more convenient than a small, single square/round coaster that is so easily displaced as I often like to put two beverages at a time or whatever it may be. This one is super sleek and stays "fixed" in its place.

Yes, I'm in ireland. It's always abysmally slow. I only use it if I want something right away, such as a game for review purposes.

Although Feral ended up launching it on steam shortly after my download finished. About 5 hours after it started.:(

Got the wife a new jersey to match mine before Arsenal goes from Nike to Puma. #coyg

I'm curious how the puma kits are going to look next year. I'm been debating whether I want to pick up one of the nike ones or wait.

But more importantly, let's get a trophy tomorrow! COYG!

Edit: definitely waited too long. All the home kits are sold out :-(

I've decided to (mostly) quit doing sports, so I went ahead and bought a 7' Wescott umbrella for portrait work. I can use it to reflect my Einsteins, or to block the sun on a sunny day. Should arrive today via FedEx Saturday delivery.

Post Your Last Purchase XXVII

Ebay? I've been thinking about buying this camera for a while, but see it for like $300+ most places. I'm not a huge eBay fan, but I keep seeing people buying it for around $150 from there, so i'm getting jealous.

Yes! There was a bundle sale on eBay two weeks ago. Came with Lightroom 5, which I sold off for $60 alone. :O Includes warranty and everything. I regret not buying a few more haha.

I wanted a cheap PC laptop setup so I picked up the following:

MicroCenter Refurbished Dell E6400
Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 @ 2.54 Ghz
4GB RAM
160 GB HD
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

OriginalPng

Kingston 128GB SSD

USB 2.0 SATA enclosure for the original HD

So far it's a pretty quick/nice setup for the price (~ $350)

I saw something about that sale, but i'm guessing it's over with. I have LR already, but i'm sure I know someone who could have used it. I found a J1 on Amazon for about $130. I am much more comfortable with buying from Amazon than eBay for some reason.

You definitely could have made some money if you'd purchased multiple bundles.. hell, I probably would have bought a camera from you, haha

This is going to sound so super creepy weird, but I did a newborn shoot about a week ago and I have this really cheap set of lights that I bought from Amazon that is just awful which I had to use and I sort of halfway thought of you.

It was more like.. I wish I would have purchased the lighting that the Jeremy guy on MR has.

I know you should try to use natural light with babies, but the situation I was in wouldn't allow for it at all, so I used what I had.

My last purchase:
advil-2.jpg

A large bottle of Advil Liquigels to replace the bottle of regular Advil that I mistakenly purchased
