We're a ice hockey family, so decided to get something to get us out a bit more and help the boy with an outdoor sport he may play at school now we are in the US.

Oral irrigators to remove my tonsil stones.:(

I know, I know - grossss.

I had an elective tonsillectomy. Public speaking course in college, a huge one came hurtling out of my mouth, bounced off the podium and landed in the floor... :(

A New Hobby

For years I worked radio and other comms for pay....now I'm doing it for fun!

I've yet to take my licences but should be next week, then the set is world capable with the right antenna!

Broke, but happy:)

Well, not purchased 100% yet, but just started doing payments on it. A Nikon D7000 with a Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 and Nikon 50mm f/1.8D. Gonna pay $1100 over the course of however long it takes at paying at least $100 per month.

Erm about 11 months?

Congrats on the camera, and nice choice of lenses. Check mine out from below! Hope to see some pictures over in the digital photography section.

11 months if I stick to exactly $100 every month. Some months I might get more than $100, depending on how many photography jobs I do that month, or if I get an actual job. And I've posted a few photos there before from when I used the Canon.

Bought the LG ACB8300 colorimeter, and considering it cost me €50 with shipping; it's amazingly good.

Calibrated my LG 34UM95-P and got great results.

The thing I like about it, other than the fact that it will speed up my iMac is that it has two thunderbolt ports, so I can daisy chain.

Oh I forgot about that, plus it's powered so you can use the 500GB+ SSD's and larger drives.

It looks like a leather ashtray. Just sayin' #

The same unworthy thought crossed my mind.

It would be kind of a shame to use it for that. I guess most odds and ends trays look like ashtrays.

I'll just use it for keys, etc!:p

;)

Since you, my friend, introduced me to the Colonel Littleton range of products last summer, I have spent an embarrassing amount of money buying some beautiful objects (the 1943 Navigator briefcase, the No 2 leather shaving kit/travel bag which is beautiful, a gorgeous leather notebook with several refills, mobile phone leather covers, a lovely spectacle case…….and indeed, some t-shirts, as the quality of the cotton is superb); however, I decided to pass on your latest purchase…..nonetheless, enjoy….
