Samsung T1 1TB. Normally $428 on Amazon but bought it used on eBay for $279. Had $50 eBay bucks so it was a really good deal. Still have a few more for sale here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/111969739889

Love these. Any chance of seeing what they look like on?
Also what "style" would these be classified as?

They are the Persol PO8649S 96/56 Crystal Lenses and Tierra Frame. I think they are considered an Aviator type style. I don't have them with me at the moment, not exactly sunglass weather in NYC right now. I will try and post a picture later.

Mid-2010 17" MacBook Pro, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD. Connected to the Dell U2713HM (which is also connected to the desktop PC). Dual boot with OS X El Capitan and Windows 10 (Bootcamp). Used for daily browsing, school, programming, office, and on the go (naturally).

I just got the MacBook Pro 17-inch last week and I'm loving it so far. It's almost six years old, which makes it pretty much the gramophone of computers, but it doesn't feel it at all for what I use it for. The screen is easily the best TN display I've used, and 17" 16:10 1920x1200 is positively glorious on a laptop -- tons of space and no scaling issues at all. Best part is it was very afforable compared with any of the newer ones (especially in Canada right now); it's in flawless shape, battery still gives over 5 hours, and back then the keyboards were a bit better. It feels like a brand new computer to me.

I really wish Apple still made the 17 inch model, and part of me thinks it'll be back in one shape or form now that screen technology is ready. I'm thankful at least that Apple still gives us 16:10 laptop displays.

It depends entirely on what you do. I'd have gotten a smaller one if using if I were using it on the go more (coffee shops, transport, etc) and doing more browsing, correspondence, or media consumption stuff.

For sitting down and getting into a workflow, though... the 17 inch is what you need.

Sweet purchase! I'm trying to keep myself from buying a 5k iMac. How do you like it so far?

Love it. The hidden gem of it is not images but TEXT. Looks like print and perfect for all the inDesign work I do..!!

Tax return? Enjoy the Nikon/iMac/PS4 (currently playing Battlefront myself).

Ha, no I wish. I have to pay taxes every year. I have my own freelance/contract Graphic Design business from home. Mostly Government and Law Enforcement work.
