i might be wrong, but isn't that a usb 1 keyboard? syncing might be very difficult if it is.

Well I purchased a new iPad Air 2 for my wife for Christmas (64GB Gold) since she lost her first generation air with cellular. We currently live in Germany so I had to wait a couple weeks for it to arrive. I went to pick it up from the post office and I received 2 packages both saying the same contents. I was like no way this could be happening. I opened both up, and yes I received 2 iPad Air 2's. I checked my bank account and yup was only charged for 1. Plus a 50 dollar gift certificate. So I paid 275 a piece for the new iPad. So I'm going to sell my first gen air. I looked up the FTC regulation and if a company sends you more than you ordered than consider it a gift. So Merry Christmas to me!

Yeah, true. I didn't even think of that. I was just wondering, I still love the keyboard.
I saw someone not long ago buy one of these and it's been on my mind in the past to get one. I received a $50 gift card to Amazon for Christmas and applied it to this purchase. I figure I can use the mic for my Continuity telephone calls and FaceTime.

You've inspired me to move my color changing light strip to the top and side of the moulding around the closet in my home office. This way it lights the room nicely and isn't quite as direct. Plus I was able to hide the power pack and wires inside the closet.

I found The Martian Chronicles surprisingly enjoyable (Ray Bradbury is my favourite author; The Silver Locusts (UK edition of the collection of stories from the 1940s) is just beautiful). The second disc begins with clips from recognisable stories such as The Fire Balloons; I guess that some episodes were not preserved.
From a review of The Day the Earth Stood Still (based on the short story Farewell To The Master, published during the Second World War):
The 2008 remake (with Keanu Reeves) has the benefit of modern special effects, but it lacks the sincerity and urgency of the 1951 original.

One purchase, and two gifts here. Picked up a new 3TB Time capsule, as my Gen 3 Extreme was getting a bit long in the tooth, and using it as a time capsule was a bit of a hack. I now have the 2 kids and my wife's machines backing up to the Time Capsule.
The Bohm Soundblock was a gift, and sounds awesome for its size. I plan on using it at the beach, work, garage, etc. The bottle was a gift from my 11yr old.
