That's what I always thought too, but with the price of LEDs now, it's tempting to go bigger while I wait. Won't OLED in a 60+ still be a ways off before it is really affordable?

Depends what you call affordable really. Prices haven't been announced for them yet. LG briefly had a 4k OLED set out which I think was 60", it will be considerably cheaper than that I'd imagine.

the local vape shop i go to now is called cold turkey lol... they let me try a bunch of flavours (some good, some not so good) but in the end decided to go with a menthol flavour for everyday smoking. i havent had a an analog cigarette lol since i bought this setup

Aha, I was just asking cause I haven't heard of that brand lol :) I'm a fan of the menthol-ey liquids too :D

A new Internet connection :)

Speedtest is reporting the ping incorrectly for some reason; if I run ping in Terminal then it's 8 ms.

Mynx, never Heard of them before, they local only? Or do they provide service outside of Hamilton ? I'm curious because I'm from kitchener and those r good numbers.

You might want to look at the country instead of just the city :p

Still waiting for my AE order to arrive. Should be here anytime from Wednesday thru Friday.

Interesting light Glenn, I know you have like 100 flashlights. Have you seen this one on Kickstarter?

I was thinking of backing it but wouldn't mind your opinion on this piece.

Looks really nice. I especially like the continuously variable output control. At 1000 Lumens, it's pretty average for a single 18650 cell flashlight. XP-L emitters are new to the flashlight industry. I really don't have any personal experience with them yet. The recharging capability is a plus, but with a 3400 mAh battery, you might get one recharge on a typical smart phone..

Thanks, I like the ability to charge your cellphone with other accessories. I have a couple of bluetooth speakers that can do that as well. It's good in a pinch.

Yesterday, I picked up an iPod classic (one that I had ordered from the manager of an Apple store when I learned that Apple was about to discontinue this wonderfully iconic device).

New router... The router I use now is a linksys from 2010. Wireless technology has changed a bit since then . I bought this one for the dual bands and the USB port so I can attach a hdd to my LAN.

No idea if it'll be any good or not, but it's the most popular glass iPhone 6+ screen protector on Amazon so I thought I'd give it a shot. Also ordered to an Amazon Locker, never used one before so quite intrigued to see how they work.

Really shouldn't have a Apple Store near me, it's a dangerous place at lunch time.

Netduma gaming router. Everything I've read says it basically kills all lag/latency issues. Also, new plug and play kit for my Scuff controller that arrives next week, and a new chat adapter. They're nothing worth posting a picture of though. :)
