Great one! How much did you find it? Is really the difference with 11 pro so big?

$250, and the answer is yes and no. iPhone looks great straight from the phone without any editing about 80-90% of the time which is amazing for casual situations.

However, there’s no native RAW shooting, and you only have 12MP to work with when you do want to edit the photos to how you want. Plus you can’t really control the ISO, shutter, Aperture, etc and there are times when I can’t bring my A7III camera to do all that.

Hehe, its all due to A7! If you havent it, you would have been happy with the iphone!

Thanx dude.

Picked this up used for $6 for my RX100 V. I have owned this case at least 3 or 4 different times in the past 10 years or so. Somehow it keeps coming back to me

Just got my wife the new Dyson hair thing. It looks like a lightsaber when closed up :D

And it has quite a bit of tech for a flat iron.
battery powered, it gets up to temp in about 30 seconds, charging cable is magnetic, 3 temp settings, runs 30 minutes on a charge, full charges in about an hour, can be used with or without cable connected.

My new toy. Ordered it before the announcement of the very expensive new iPad Magic keyboard.

I've been wanting a backlit keyboard for my iPP, and thought I'd give this inexpensive mechanical one a try.

If you are going with the minimal thing, it's not a bad option.

Well, my battery and memory arrived. The memory arrived on Saturday and works great. The battery just arrived today and I’m less than pleased. It looks like it’s a counterfeit. Looks like I’ll be filing a claim with eBay today...

used that stuff everyday in the OR for a couple years and destroyed my hands. effective tho

This isn't the surgical scrub but rather the regular hand sanitizer with moisturizer.

I hope this doesn’t destroy the hands as I chose it specifically for being gentle on them. Are you sure? 🙁

It won't. The surgical scrub uses a high amount of chlorahexadine, which in very low concentrations is used as an oral rinse, and is a decent skin irritant when used repeatedly over time. Betadine/povodine surgical scrubs wreck your hands, too.

LOL! I see you finally bumped up the specs of your daily driver. Not bad, not bad at all. If you'd bitten a few weeks back you could have gotten the 3900X for just under $400.

I'm pretty jealous you decided to just go with it. I keep setting up builds but then a whisper of Ryzen 4000 desktop comes along and I change my plans. I think I will get that generation because I expect 5th gen to be buggy with all the new features.

Why not a 2070 Super, though?

This isn't for my daily driver, which is already just as powerful, this is for my weekend driver. It'll be for casual gaming; a project I started last year.

A 4-bay AKiTiO case, with 2x 10TB spinning rust (RAID1) to store media, and 2x 250GB SSD's (RAID0) as 'scratch' space while processing said media. This will replace the existing setup of 4x3TB drives in a RAID10 setup, with no dedicated/faster scratch, which is essentially full now.
ImageHandlerInt.ashx.pngImageHandlerInt.ashx-4.pngImageHandlerInt.ashx-2.png

A 3TB spinning rust drive to augment the 4 (currently in a 5-bay case with an orphaned 2TB drive) mentioned above, which will then (likely) go into a 5-drive, ZFS RAID-Z array for Time Machine backups.

Another replacement fan for the above mentioned 5-bay case. I just replaced the factory one (sounded like rocks in a blender), but I'm aiming for something quieter. This one is 6dBa max vs 25dbA max of the current one.

A cheap-as-chips USB3/SATA case, to house the evicted 2TB drive mentioned above.

A pair of work boots for out in the garden/etc (first time ordering anything thats sized, like clothes/shoes online. This may not end well!)

Got this beauty delivered a couple of hours ago. A gorgeous, fierce little badass of an amp. Takes a little time, but there is some great sound inside this little 20 watt wonder. I hope my neighbors like it as well.
