I found a cheap flight for a SIN-CDG with SQ: 5.3k instead of 6k SGD. Thing is the next day flights are canceled due to the virus so I hope mine won’t be. It’s confirmed and I called them they said it’s confirmed. The choice of food is very limited, no lobster, though.

Picked up another ThunderBlade V4. Upgraded it with 4x2TB drives. So now have a 8TB array to go alongside my previous 4TB array. Daisy chained together via TB3.

A few months ago, my partner's co-worker gave me a very old Canon XTi DSLR. Needless to say I fell in love, splurged and found myself a great deal on a Canon T7i with two lenses. It gets delivered today - very excited. Photo from the listing.

Don’t forget to post some shots in the photo of the day thread on here. Photography is a wonderful hobby. Just not for your bank balance!

Will do - I found that thread when I first got the XTi and posted. I sold a few items to justify the T7i to myself... after staring at listings for several weeks. o_O

What are these destined for?
I've recently installed a somewhat similar (StarTech) adapter into a 20" G4 iMac together with a 240GB Crucial SSD.

SSDs in my QS PMG4 & B&W PMG3. I had used my last (before this purchase) in my toddlers bondi revB imacg3 to upgrade the fireball to a hard drive that will accommodate multiple OS installs. :apple:

3 (for now) POE-enabled weatherproof IP cameras, and a little 5-port POE switch, to keep an eye on the comings and goings outside the house.

The fourth one of these cameras arrived today (ordered in feb, everything from China is delayed at the moment).

I probably wouldn’t recommend them if you have a reasonable alternative easily available (their recommended software is ****** and windows only, their firmware is a bit buggy) but choices are limited here, and I don’t know how much I can complain really about ~$20 for a waterproof PoE 1080p IP camera.

No pictures, but the online world (and print world) are full of them anyway:

The third volume of Hilary Mantel's trilogy, based on the life (and times) of Thomas Cromwell: The Mirror and the Light.

Sony RX100 V again. Sold it the first time thinking the iPhone 11 Pro could replace it and have been regretting it ever since. iPhone is great but This thing is at a different level. Thankfully found it for a few hundred and is in great shape :)

Great one! How much did you find it? Is really the difference with 11 pro so big?
