Silent stage is so common these days. I hated it at first…. But since I have transducers on my platform and on my back… it feels like I have speakers behind me, and feel it below me.
It’s actually better with IEM’s. You can control your own mix, hear everything, or turn some instruments and or singers down. Plus a click tracks are pretty common too. Everyone comes in at the same time with counting in… timing, and endings are tight.
Most important, I can turn down the volume in my personal mix, and protect my hearing… or what hearing I have left. Gone are the days of going home with ringing in my ears after a gig.
Ordered a Steam Deck and the official dock, hoping it comes in time for Christmas. 🤞

Definitely do it if you can! My laptop has the 2070 and was averaging about 40fps with all the graphic settings set to their highest setting. My new pc is nearing 200fps with the same settings 🙀
