I have an attachment on my beard trimmer to deal with them.Tweezers are more appropriate for nasal hairs, I would have thought.
Swiss Army knives come with a lovely sturdy little tweezer.
However, it struck me - watching cooking videos - that I didn't have cooking tongs, and that, for long strands of pasta, they are perfect, or, rather, a lot better than the balancing act with two ladles I had been attempting when fishing long strands of pasta from their cooking water. Yes, you can also drain them, but I like to try to remember to reserve a cup (British cup, Le Creuset mug, not American "cup") of pasta cooking water first.
