Wasabi batteries are pretty amazing. I bought several for my 5D Mark III when I had it. They always outlasted the Canon batteries. Haven't tried any on my 1DX though because Canon's are so good already.

That's quite a good open item discount. Someone in the Macbook forum inaccurately said that the discount is capped at 10%.

Eight Track Player
So, I got myself a Hanimex 5020 8-track player for my vintage inspired room. I got this particular model because I couldn't really afford the £150 plus for a Weltron/Prinzsound 2001 unit.
Its a shame the clock doesn't work anymore, but I have my Sony Digimatic to keep time and thats always worked well. The eight track plus in to problem to Microlab 8 C speakers and sounds, well as good as an eight track can.

How do you like them?
I have a Space Grey pair, bought them to replace my Apple in-ears which just fell apart. I use them when out and about, and they're OK. Have to turn on the bass reducer EQ sometimes though!
