Purchased a LA CROSSE weather station from Costco for $27.99 today. So far it seems to work great. I really like the backlit color display. (just realized I have the AM/PM set wrong)

It is! I had to relocate the wireless outdoor sensor a couple of times. I ended up putting the sensor under my northern exposure deck so it wasn't influenced by the sun. Right now it's working fantastic, especially for the price. It's easily worth double what I paid

So, how's it working for you? Do you like it? I'm curious to know your thoughts/review of it. I saw it for sale at my local supermarket the other day.

Well I've been using it every day since purchase, sometimes twice a day. Fresh fruit is expensive to use every day so I buy frozen fruit from the supermarket, seperate and bag it up in self seal food bags, then lay flat in the freezer so it doesn't freeze in a big solid lump. I also chop up fresh bananas and freeze the same way.

I also have jars of nuts, seeds etc that I add to each drink, before blending. I also add a big handful of either spinach or kale, as long as there's enough fruit in the mix then you can't taste the veg.

Finally came in, and boy is she gorgeous!!!

Question....when using 3D Touch, Im getting a click like feeling towards the bottom 3rd of the phone. If I touch an app that is 3D Touch capable, I get one click feeling, and a quick double click when an app is not capable. Is this normal?

Picked mine up tonight, looks great so far. Where did you guys end up placing yours? I have mine plugged in for now, I haven't learned enough yet to see if I can set the backlight on a timer or anything since it has the battery power as well.

I have mine on the side of a dresser next to my bed. I used velcro to attach it. As far as the backlight, there is only three setting, off, low, and high. I use the power supply so the backlight stays on instead of 10 to 15 seconds when used on batteries only.

$27.99 - Although, they handed me a flyer on the way out and it showed they may put it on sale for $19.99 I believe. I threw out the receipt already, oops

Totally worth it I think if you are a frequent weather geek like myself. Screen is clear and bright, pretty much all you can expect from something for the price and use.

More Shaw Brothers and Chan Wai Man films of course. Replaced a copy of a Sun Chung film I accidentally sent to a friend and YAY! Chang Cheh's utterly loopy, fun WTH The Weird Man is on iTunes. So of course I bought that and the much better insane Shaolin smack down Shaolin Temple (1976) (in which the Venoms and the early 70s Shaw folks go head to head - kind of.)

So since I bought the above 3/4 wood, I decided to pull the trigger on the matching 5/7 wood. I completed the set with some orange hybrids.

It was an expensive week, but my bag is now complete!

I'm 63 and have some problems if you know what I mean. I tried this, and yes it worked sort of. But it left me with the lack of sensitivity. Anyone else?
