No, 4K isn't relevant to me just now, and I wanted the Elite controller. And I want it now!!
Darksiders part 1 was one of the best games i have ever played in my life so buying this one was a no-brainer.

Found a local ex-Sun employee who had this in his garage. It's a Sun/Cobalt Qube 3 Professional. Brand new in box, never used. Every available option, including the 450 MHz x86 CPU, 512 MB Ram, dual HDDs in RAID 1, and Ultrawide SCSI
It joins its little brother, the Qube 2, and its cousin, the G4 Cube. Still needed: a NeXT Cube...

Mid 2015 15.4" rMBP, base level specs. Sucks to buy right before new ones but needed it to get some work done for my business as my 2006 Black Macbook was just getting to be unusable. Got it slightly used for $600 under MSRP with Applecare through 4/2019. Don't think I did too bad.

I have that Bodum grinder, it's been very good to me for over five years. Just pop out the ring underneath the hopper every now and then and give it a good cleaning. I pair my grinder with the outstanding Aeropress coffee maker.Decided to stop being lazy with my coffee and do it myself. Made my first brew from it this morning and it was 100 times better than anything I've bought.
A couple new things for the living room:
Quite the week of purchases, but definitely an improvement over my previous setup.
- Samsung KS8000 60" 4KUHD - HDR Display
- Yamaha Receiver 5.1 (Open Box at BestBuy $230, normally $279.)
- Klipsch R-15M (Pair) NFM had them marked down to $159 so I jumped on the deal, normally $250.
- Xbox One S Madden Bundle (For the 4K Blu Ray player and 4K/HDR gaming)
- Batman vs Superman UHD.
