iPhone 7 Plus 128GB in the hard to @#$%^ find Black!

I found it off of a website here, which is kind of like a Cnet website, but has classifieds as well. Got it for a very good price also. The person had it for less than a month, and with a case and glass screen protector from the time he opened the box. Its flawless. Now I just need to sell my 6s+ to make up for the €€€ I spent on this beauty.

hows the sound?
After taking some time to listen to them, I can say overall these are a major positive (at least coming from Swan M10s, note I'm no audiophile).

I currently have it set up as: MBP -> O2 ODAC (USB) -> A2+'s (3.5mm).

The A2+s have a built-in DAC but its a PCM2704C DAC which only handles up to 16-bit, while my external DAC can do 24-bit. I listen to FLAC as well, but my ears are as average.

My main impression is that these can handle high volume, and strong bass with almost 0 distortion. Of course you have to take into account of the mixing, but the bass can go hand-in-hand with the other frequencies and the A2+'s can hold their own without compromising the sound. They mention on their site that when the bass is close to clipping, it reduces, but the sound is powerful even at 50% volume (25% volume on VOX).

The wiring isn't too concerning. It uses speaker wire for both channels, you then have the input wire as well as the power cord. The speaker wire will give you some distance, but not much. If you want one side of the room to the other you may need more slack. But theres no annoying power indicator (you can still turn off the main amp) and the site recommends you leave them on as they switch to an idle mode when playback stops.

The vocal sounds clear, but these are speakers for up close and personal. Meaning, if its just you, and you place them on your desk, they'll be fine, and can even fill a bedroom. Anything more (i.e. bookshelf) - you might want the A5's.

While being very small, the sound in my opinion is incredible for the small package within these cabinets. I listen to everything from techno, jazz, pop, hip hip, metal, death metal, rap, ambient - and they all sound clear even at moderate volume. The bass can go hand in hand and it doesn't give that harsh frequency dip when the bass hits.

So I would say for easy listening, these will do the job. Anything more hardcore and you'll need a more experienced audio tech to weigh in on that front.

Finally decided to give the whole UltraWide display thing a chance and ordered a Dell UltraSharp U3415W.

Will post an actual picture of it all later today in the 'Setup' thread once I've got it out the box.

Upgrade to my winter clothes. I needed a new coat, I wanted something beautiful and warm and different for me. I found it. Delighted to find clothes at Sundance that are more my speed today (as Free People's 'quality' and hipster airs are not worth it anymore). Sundance can be iffy for me as far as style, so happy. Another top, gloves and a wool beanie are also in the order.

My reawakened Doctor Strange geek has been fed too...

and stuff for the house/us like toilet paper, papaya mask, vitamins etc.
