I use my laptop for an online league I run through a specific program (OOTP) that the Pro can't run.
I use my Pro for almost everything else and absolutely love it. The ProMotion is fantastic and it's very lightweight for what I use it for mostly on the couch and at coffee shops and such.
I will say though, the new rMBP are beautiful and coming from an early 15 build it's amazing to see the huge changes in such a short time. Lighter, way faster, and the space gray is a looker.
After spending $$$ on 3 iPads and accessories... I found out a week later that a new opportunity for me required picking up this up.

Before 2 years I sold my iPad and I replaced it with MacBook 12".

how are you liking the 13" MBP? Did u get the TB or nTB? Did you happen to upgrade the RAM? or hard drive?
Absolutely loving it. Came from a 2015 and form factor, speed, and weight make it feel like a completely different device line. Very satisfied. Went without TB as I messed with it a lot and could not see the worth in value for use.
Yes I updated the hard drive to the 256gb. Very very happy.
Only gripe is I miss MagSafe in my house due to the kids

I am coming from 2008 model so it's going to be a huge upgrade for me.
I have to agree if you. I think the TB is useless to me as we well. I think I will upgrade to 16GB of RAM and 256 HD tho.
I have 2 kids under 5 as well so I will have to get one of those adapters as well.
You said you upgraded the HD but did you upgrade the RAM? If not is 8GB enough?
Went in to my local Apple store intending to pick up a new 12.9 iPad Pro and some accessories but walked out with these instead.
