We've been having problems with our internet connectivity going out and, after chatting with our old ones tech support (Arris) we finally decided that the problem was most likely in the cable modem, (and not necessarily Comcast's crappy service). Checked some lists for recommended modems and decided on the Motorola MB8600. No-one nearby had any in stock, but Amazon had them at a decent price with 1 day free delivery with Prime. That was a no brainer. Ordered it yesterday at about 5PM and had it on my doorstep by 1030AM. That's service! Unboxing, installing and setup took no real time at all. It's working like a champ, with no interruptions in service (knock on wood) and our speed has increased quite a bit over our old Docsis 3.0 speeds. Docsis 3.1 is definitely faster!

Picked up the surface go to give it a shot. I’ve used the Surface since the first one came out. Looking to replace my 2016 12 inch MacBook and / or iPad Pro 9.7 with this.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my MacBook and the ecosystem across all Apple devices but that lack of a touch screen on a modern laptop and lack of mouse support on the iPad is wasted potential.
Wish this surface go had a better processor though...

Ordered a Snakebyte VR Stand for my HTC Vive Pro. The wife has raised more than one eyebrow over this purchase....but I think secretly she also thinks it's cool! 
Was looking at similar until I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and vehicle the stereo was intended for was totaled. Now looking for replacement vehicle.

New mousepad arrived today. Not sure how I feel about the sound of aluminum compared to my Steelseries cloth one I used for so long.
