So sorry to hear this. I've always wondered whether UPS delivery scans include the weight so it could be compared to the acceptance scan. I suppose that's a different topic for another day, but hope Apple and UPS work this out for you and you have a new phone soon.

We had an iPhone 13 pro turn up at the office around a year ago. It was supposed to be sent to someone in Africa(we are in the UK). So we just sent it back with the carrier saying not at this address. Came back a week later.
I told the warehouse guy to keep it for being so honest.

Also just ordered the Belkin 3-in-1 MagSafe charging stand from Apple EPP, good deal in the UK through work, £120!

Edit: not a huge fan of the slippery clear MagSafe case. Thinking of returning and trying a hybrid type MagSafe case. Any recommendations?

Is it clear you wanted? I’ve just upgraded to a 13 Pro and have ordered a black Caudabe Sheath case from the US. I think they are the best cases you can get to be honest, sleek, professional looking but very slim with a nice grippy texture. I ordered mine last week and it’s currently on route to the UK via Switzerland. It was only £34 delivered too.

I didn’t when I bought one a couple of years ago for my iPhone 12. It’s under £90 so there shouldn’t be any I wouldn’t have thought.

The Sheath doesn’t come clear but think they do a slightly different case that is.

Somehow, I politely talked my way into an Alex Maleev commission slot after 13 months of back and forth.
Then Alex banged this beauty out for me not even two days later!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😈❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very grateful I now have two Maleev pieces in my collection in a matter of months, much less an original Daredevil piece.

Ended up going for the ESR hybrid from Amazon. Much more side grip with little branding. I’ll see how the leather ages and maybe pick up an orange leather when I’m sick of seeing the white.

Anker had these on sale on Amazon for 25% off, so why not? MagSafe charger and surge protector in one. Ignore the crap quality. The iPhone 14 Pro Max images are too large to upload so I had to post screenshots of my pictures. lol. 🥴

A set of winter tyres for the wife 2003 Mercedes CLK 240. I've bought a spare set of alloys to fit them to, so I can swap the wheel out each spring/winter...
