Manual or electronic?

Manual.

And more importantly what happened to the previous one? 😮

My previous one (actually, all of my previous ones) are all safe and sound at home in a drawer; the problem is that "home" is the best part of almost two continents away, - I am away on work related travel at the moment, and have been for the past month or so, and will be away for a further fortnight - and I have a few bottles of (locally sourced and produced) wine that I am unable to open any other way.

To my considerable surprise, the place where I bought them last week didn't stock wine openers (those levered ones, which I find easy to use; meanwhile, use of the corkscrew on my Swiss Army knife requires far more shoulder strength than I possess), hence, I had to ask my driver to source one for me; he did, today.

I assume that "shotgun shells" are culinary rather than military, but, what exactly are they?

Enjoy the feast.
They're manicotti shells stuffed with a combination of meat (in this case, ground beef and sweet Italian sausage), cheese (cheddar and cream cheese), spices (diced jalapeños)... then wrapped in bacon and dressed with BBQ dry rub... smoke at 300 F for about an hour... then brush with BBQ sauce, let the sauce set, and then, enjoy.

Oh, yum.

Serious yum.

They sound delicious; do enjoy, and thank you for the explanation.

A pair of Airpod Pros (2nd Gen). Ebay again, but unused, looks like an unwanted gift or something. This is part of my getting into shape mission. With these I can run up and down the countryside and listen to something. Well, once the grass pollen is over at least.

Might want to double check that they are authentic, especially if you bought them at a steep discount over retail price. A LOT of fake AirPods sold on eBay.

Well they are pictured in a box with all the correct Apple details, logo, address, the lot. But I'm guessing if they are not authentic, I'll find out when I try to set them up.

febreze STAIN+ODOR 1,5L (purchased Retail, not on Teh Bay)

This addition to my laundering arsenal amounted to a veritable sea-change in expected results ;)

New steth. Besides being a doctor I am also a tech geek so I figured why not try the latest electronic one. If I don’t like it I will return it and go with the exact one I had before. Boy did stethocope prices go up..

"AI Murmur Analysis available with subscription."

IIRC, I paid USD80 for a NIB Classic III last year.

So, is your verdict in?

The parsnips were nice and tender, but I could have done with the meat having more fat so it could drip onto the parsnips more than it did.

Yah, I could easily see that.

Prob would have cut the sweetness a fair-bit, also.

You've inspired me to try the same . . . one of my many weaknesses are parsnips.

And beef fat ;)

Why don’t you turn it on?

I use my personal phone mostly and considering I have a 13 Pro Max, I won’t be carrying two phones around. I have Teams on my personal phone too so my work phone is usually on the side and checked occasionally. I didn’t really want a works phone either but have to have one apparently which is a waste of money IMO. At least i’ll get to keep it at the end and give to one of the kids.
