I’ve been tempted to try a pair of Thursday boots, I like the Captains in olive. However, the shipping is free to the UK but I’ve heard it costs a fortune to return them and for me it seems like a risk as I am not used to US sizing. Yours look great, I hope they set up a distributor in the UK at some point as I’ve heard nothing but good things about Thursday.
I would suggest ordering your usual size, I've read people recommending that they run big but that hasn't been my experience.
yes, it's essentially like the good old Apple wired EarPods but with USB-C connector.
Amazing! I still have the lightning ones with lightning to mini stereo adapter. I keep them as backups in case my airpods are available.

The top I will get from a local wood shop, and build it the way I want, which is why I went with just the base from the company I ordered it from.

Just installed both in my Silent Stage rig last night...
Hopefully I don't find something new because this rig has evolved over the last 5 years... Love the rig.. but hate building and rewiring things.

Thanks... I wanted low profile XLR's so I can leave them connected without cables showing. They are expensive pre-made... and not at the lengths I need, so I made mine. The XLR connectors are by "Cable Techniques"... bought from B&H.
I tried to keep everything clean, and easy to connect and set up... so I did a lot of soldering on my silent stage rig:
