@owner of 2 i7 iMac's: can you PM me the background?

EDIT: does anyone know where can I get aluminium stand on which you put the display and under that stand, there's a place to put MBP (on clamshell mode) inside and can be conected to magsafe and some USB and audio and MiniDP.

hope it's not too complicating, one guy here has exact same thing but I can't find him. thank you!

woot, thank you.

btw, does anyone have idea what is called that piece, which then holds your MBP vertically. I'm deciding between that aluminium stand mentioned before and something like that.

And yes thats an old alu keyboard (only the alu part) on the wall, it was broken so i wanted to do something with it...

I'm guessing two people use them...

As for the two iMacs, well it's a looong story, but to make it short, one iMac is replacing the other one cuz it's broken :(.. i now waiting for my fifth (5!) iMac, let's hope that is not broken as well...

Hey I'm thinking of getting Boxee, how is it? Do you have the box ? Is Airfoil the same?

Boxee has been good to me since the last Beta update, previous versions were driving me nuts mislabeling some TV/ Movie content. No, im not using the Boxee Box though, its a plain old HTPC running Win 7 with Boxee as the frontend. Using the iPhone app as a remote.

I have no idea if airfoil works or not, and searching the boxee forums came up with this.

thanks.

First off I don't own any of these, nor do I have a notebook computer, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I really like the look of the Mtable, but, the fact that you need to put the notbook under it and then connect everything makes it more of a semi-permanent accessory. The BookArc and the Docking Stand are similar and might be better for those with limited desk space. I also like the idea with the BookArc and the Docking Stand that the notebook could be lifted out with everything still connected if you wanted to open it for some reason. Costwise the Mtable is the most expensive followed by the BookArc with the Docking Stand being the least expensive. The BookArc has silicone cushions whereas the Docking Stand has micro-suede pads. IMHO, I think the MSRP on all of these are excessive, with that said, my gut feeling is I'd probably choose the BookArc of the three. Hope this helps.

Thank you for that, I've been keen on BookArc before and was thinking of getting one and you convinced me so, thank you.
