Been a while since I've posted in these threads. Realized my setup changed quite a bit from the last time.

ON3P produces some of the best skis I've used. Billy Goats owns...

Glad to hear it! I'm actually the intern so it's sick to find another skier on here. The new BGs are even better then before, first pair came out of the press yesterday.

Just got my new MBP in the mail today. Here's my un-boxing and temporary setup until I clear off my desk.

You can also see my cat has taken an interest in it.:p

Updated my set up a little bit. Will be adding/modifying it over the next few weeks. Either way, will post better photos soon.

Yay, first post!

Yay, my first post! And it'll be in this thread :) I've lurked around here for a little while, then I went through this ENTIRE thread and saw some SERIOUSLY AWESOME setups, and figured I would post my temporary setup!!!

Again, this is temporary until classes start up again. Please excuse and ignore my messy living room! Also, sorry for the crappy pics.. I tried to edit them in Photoshop so they can be seen better.

Black Macbook on a Yamaha piano bench!!! Hahaha, also pictured are:
Apple wireless keyboard,
Logitech MX Performance mouse,
1TB Western Digital external (on floor still covered in plastic lol),
Some very old, very broken Sony Studio Monitor headphones,
PowerMac G4 350 AGP (in background),
and a custom PC that I built using hand-me-down parts from my friends lol.

Notice the tape holding together my headphones lol

I have EXTREMELY oily fingers (almost like "Moist" from Dr. Horrible.. Almost.. Haha), so I bought the keyboard cover.. I guess my finger oils seeped through the cover or something because the keys were still getting worn and oily, so I bought a wireless keyboard so I don't have to touch and wear-down the keyboard on my Blackbook..

I've had the topcase replaced THREE times, two times were out of warranty.. I love Apple's customer service! Anyways, just had it replaced recently (a few months ago), so that also prompted me to buy the wireless keyboard. Seeing as how Blackbooks are getting more and more rare nowadays, I figured I would try and keep it as clean as possible! I should also note that Apple also replaced my hard drive the last time I sent it in with an even bigger one! (I went from 120GB to 160GB). Again, Apple's awesome.. Even though I didn't mention anything about the hard drive, they went and replaced it anyways.. Luckily I had backed up all my data beforehand.. And here's an un-touched keyboard and trackpad on a Blackbook look like.. :)

Sorry for being soo longwinded in my post! Hope you guys enjoy! :D

Pricey rent I guess. I'm currently looking for a cool studio appartement in Frankfurt and the rents are incredibly high in some parts of town.

Just got a refurb 24" Cinema Display. First one was junk, second one is perfect. Screen to the left is a 20" and on the right is a 19" Samsung I use for iTunes and MW2.

8gb iPod Nano, 32 gig iPhone 4, and 32g iPod touch are on the charging station. 2009 MBP 2.26. 2008 Mac Pro under the desk (2.8 Quad, 10gb RAM, 2TB HD and 2x GT120 cards).

Nice, love it. Are the tracklights from IKEA also? Wondering how you installed those.

Yes they are from ikea.We installed them with my father. We followed the instructions came out of the box.I saw this installation in the ikea showroom.

Thinking about it because it's something I can potentially do with the setup I have also. Doesn't look easy though... I imagine there was lots of drilling up into the cabinets and back through the walls for the wiring?

Five drilling;one is under the right end side of the wall cabinet for the power cord of the adapter, the others are for the lights themselves.
