i like the ipod collection... if only you could daisy chain those puppies to make an ipod-network of sorts....
Thanks :) They were a phase that I found myself in when I got my first job. Every week I would buy one used. I stopped after a while simply because I had no idea what to do with them.

Daisy-chaining them would be grand, if possible. However, most of them are on their last legs anyway, which is why they just sit where they are. The Lavendar Shuffle only holds about a 25 minute charge - the Black and Silver Nanos are lucky to make 8 minutes and 2 hours respectively. The Mini works well, the charge holds for about and hour and a half and I've never had any problems otherwise - the old rugged design, can't beat it. The Video, again, gets a pretty poor life from a full charge and, being that it was my main iPod for a very long time, it has been roughed up beyond belief - keeping the case closed is extremely difficult when in use. The Black Classic has either a dead hard drive or dead battery, not sure which anymore. Regardless, it was crap from the day of purchase and Apple replaced it so many times that they didn't believe it could possibly be a product defect anymore - it was the only piece of 100% shoddy Apple hardware I ever owned. My Touch will, for whatever reason, not come out of Recovery mode, which is great.

All in all, the only really faultless iDevice I have left is my iPhone (although that has been replaced countless times as well). I have a feeling that my next upgrade will be to a BlackBerry, sadly.

Thanks :) I'm sure it would come out much nicer had I spent any actual time framing and focusing the pictures. Ha

I scored a refurb 24" LED cinema display from the apple store and have had it for about a week now and I love it... my Eames molded plastic chair arrived today (hard to tell from this photo) so I figured it was a good time to get a good shot of the updated setup.

Mind uploading a pic of the chair? :)

Nice and neat, looks really comfortable. What're the pencil cups btw?

We've got to deal with the same thing if we order from across the border. Ridiculous shipping costs (governed by American couriers, mind you), duties and tariffs. Even then, it's often still cheaper to order from the states. :) Things are expensive here!

You took the words out of my mouth! I was more than happy to pay for shipping since it was already in Canada.

Nice thank you for sharing, just wish they made it in all black. Cool idea like you said.

You're all right. I think they're charging a premium because it's a good idea (love the idea for my HTPC myself) and few, if any, are making it. The price tag didn't even bother me, it was the shipping. I feel as though they could have sunk some of the shipping into the price and none would be the wiser you know.
