Old set-up:

New set-up:

I am currently saving for 2 of the new 27" Cinema displays and a MacPro... will post new pics when i can =)

Wow, from 2 iMacs to an iPad. Couldn't the desk on the right be assembled so that it was a mirror of the one on the left?

why do so many people have multiple computers/multiple ipods?

Each has a different purpose. I'm not going to setup a Mac Pro on an airplane, not am I going to work on a macbook air from my desk.

Different jobs have different purposes. I have a computer as my primary work station at the office, a big laptop for doing real long term work from other locations (other offices, home, etc.) then a smaller laptop for meetings and for use while traveling.

On iPod I think a lot of people just have bought a new iPod every year and keep the old ones. Or I can see a use for an iPod classic for your entire library then a nano for exercising.

thanks!

WOW!24" and 27" ?
heh the 24" iMac is a few yrs old... it is still running Tiger but I love it cuz it was the first Mac i ever got... the 27" is new, much faster and powerful so i use it for video editing etc. =)

What speakers are you using?
hi! there are a couple sets in there... the Macbook Pro + Cinema display are hooked up to Logitech Z Cinema 2.1 speakers... the iPad is hooked up to a pair of Bowers & Wilkins MM-1 speakers... the other speakers you see are part of the Harmon Kardon HKTS15 5.1 set driving the 55" Samsung HDTV off to the left =)

great suggestion! to be honest, you're 100% correct in that my desk configuration is kinda weird... i am definitely looking for a new desk to better place everything heh, cheers! =)

Nothing too special

Not my dream set-up, but it'll have to do for now. I cannot wait to get another desk. Sadly it didn't make the move to my new apartment and my sister now is claiming it.

I've had this Macbook/Display combo since about 08 I think. Would love to upgrade to a MBP in the near future. My wall looks so bland. lol All the posters are on the other walls.

Well since you ask, ours is a wireless printer and is just stuck in a room that's rarely used :p

Here's my little setup. It's very small, but all I can afford right now :). Eventually I plan to get a external monitor for my macbook, and a bigger desk.;)

If you look closely at the third pic, you can see he's actually cut/dremeled/whatever a notch in the desk to hold the remote in.

Yes I cut a hole with the same shape as the remote in. Wraped some platic around the remote and filled the hole with silicone to make a nice fit.

Where did u get that paalm decal

It is home made:) I will soon put it and some others on ebay.

where did you get the remote holder, and also what mouse pad are you using?

It is an old Icemat. I don't think that you can get them anymore, but it is steelseries that made it: http://steelseries.com/products/surfaces
