Got a few more toys from last pic. Picked up a 3D Connexion mouse for Cinema4D work, an ipad 2 and a brand new Embody Chair

I would have bought a MBA instead of the chair!

Finally got around to cleaning my datacenter, ended up phasing out 8 servers as well.

Before:

The rack is reversed so that the cold air from the vents is pulled into the servers and the hot air from the servers goes into the air return.

What happened to the iMacs?

Nice setup. What speakers are they and what TT are you using as well?

Thanks. The speakers are Monitor Audio Silver RS6. I also have the RS LCR center channel, and a couple RSFX surrounds. The turntable is a Project Debut III ( I also have a project speed box and Bellari VP 129 tube stage).

Here is my "humble" setup. It includes a new mid 2011 27" iMac I7 with a Cinema Display hooked up to it, a First gen iPad, a late 09 Mini hooked to the tv on the wall, a second gen Apple Tv also hooked to the tv, a late 2010 Macbook Air 13 and a 24" iMac. Not totally visible is an 08 aluminum Macbook and a netbook. The desks are from Ikea. Pictures were taken from my iPhone 4.

I like this setup. I am planning on mounting my 42inch LCD over my desk on a tilt/swivel mount similar to what you have here. Later in the year, I plan on adding an iMac and placing it under it. It is nice to see a similar setup before I start the process. I already have the mount, I am just waiting for time to get to it.

Replaced the tabletop with an untreated pine one. Love the smell it gives the room. Thinking about varnishing it, but we'll see..

Also managed to upload pic of projector working for those who wanted to see it in action.

Yup, it's a moon moth (luna moth, etc). Not sure exactly which species it is or where it came from though. It's not the North American one, so most likely somewhere in Asia.

Not really. I mainly use it for studying as opposed to constant lighting as it is quite bright shining down, doesn't really glare. Besides, wouldn't bother me if it did as I have a large window located behind the mac and after 4 years have kind of forgotten about it.

Man, some of you guys are artists! I simply made a workbench out of kitchen countertop and cabinets.. built some bookshelves. Probably saved $1000. It just works.

Brock- love the embody chair and the koncept light. I wanted to get an embody chair but was waiting for the price to go down... It's such a comfortable chair.

My modest setup, the iMac is new, but I couldn't afford a desk or anything after buying it (woops) so a friend gave me a desk and a side cabinet which was nice, they aren't in great condition but they will have to do.

Thats a Razer Imperator btw, it's for when I use the Mac for gaming, I use the Magic Mouse for everything else.

Not as good as anyone elses here, but its doing me for the time being.
